How do you handle an error?
Even though we have a 98% accuracy rate, any possible mistake will be resolved at no cost to you.
If we shipped something wrong we will issue a call tag and reship the correct merchandise.
In the event where we would have to refund you for your merchandise, this will be done at “your replacement cost price”, not at “retail price” nor “wholesale price”.
What if FedEx or USPS ships merchandise to the wrong address or damages my goods?
If a carrier makes a mistake we can help you with the claim process. Please bare in mind that FedEx includes a $100 insurance by default but USPS does not. Depending on the cost and fragility of your product you may need to add insurance and any other services (signature required) to your packages in order to be eligible for a carrier refund.
