  • Get an overview of orders recently entered into the system and instantly view new orders submitted to our backend
  • Change orders status, add or subtract line items from your orders, monitor backorders or put orders on hold
  • Designate users with specific, personalized privileges to allow edition, creation or deletion of orders in the system
  • Search for your orders combining any search criteria
  • Receive tracking notifications daily, to you (in batched form) and to your customers (individual orders)
  • Always have access to all your orders history including shipment and delivery information
  • View real-time tracking and delivery information from FedEx
  • Real-time integration is also available for packages shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Access to real-time inventory control – know your inventory levels in real-time and avoid costly backorders
  • Set up custom threshold inventory notifications that will alert you when an items goes below your predetermined threshold quantity
